The strongest plastic buckle available. In our opinion, the POM plastic buckle is the only buckle that can be used safely for dog collars. With a breaking force of more than 220KG, this 25mm POM buckle is widely used for dog collars. By simply pressing the two pallets on the side of the buckle, the two parts (male and female) can be separated (read: pulled loose). This requires some force, especially when pressing the two pallets. We know from experience that any user can loosen this POM closure. As well as being very strong, POM closures can also withstand extreme temperatures (-40C to 120C).
