As of March 1, 2026, we will be introducing several improvements to our loyalty program. The system will become clearer, more flexible and, above all, even easier to use.

We have summarized the most important changes below:

• We are switching from saving in euros to a points-based system. The value remains the same: 100 points = €2.00 discount. Your current balance will be automatically converted, so you won’t lose anything.
• Redeeming your loyalty will change. Instead of creating a discount code, you will be able to redeem your points exclusively via the 123Paracord App as of March 1. In the app, you will see your points balance directly during checkout and can apply your discount with a single click.
• Loyalty points will continue to be earned on all orders, regardless of whether you place your order via the website or the app. Only the redemption of points will take place via the app.
• New: you will also earn loyalty points on orders where a discount code is used. Double the benefit.

Automatically earn discounts on every order with our loyalty program. Participation is free and very easy. Already have an account? Then you’re automatically enrolled. No account yet? You can start earning points immediately once you create one.

How does earning points work?

• For every order, provided you are logged in, you automatically earn 2% of the purchase amount in points.
• Once you have at least 250 points, you can redeem them on your next order.

How do I redeem my points?

• Place your order via the 123Paracord Android App or the iOS App.
• During checkout, you will see your points balance and can directly choose to apply it.
• The value of your points will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

Only one type of discount can be used per order. If you redeem loyalty points, it is not possible to use an additional discount code.

Earn discounts on every order* with our loyalty program. You save a monetary balance that can later be redeemed for a unique discount code. Already have a customer account? Then you’re automatically enrolled.

How does earning work?

• For every order, provided you are logged in, you automatically earn 3% of the purchase amount.
• Once you have saved at least €5.00, you can redeem this on your next order.

How do I redeem my balance?

• Log in to the webshop.
• Click the loyalty button located at the bottom left of the screen.
• In the pop-up, you will see your balance. If you have saved at least €5.00, the option Redeem balance will appear.
• Click Redeem balance.
• You will receive a discount code that must be entered manually in the shopping cart. The discount is not applied automatically.

Only one discount code can be used per order.
