Since 1 March 2026, we have improved our loyalty programme. The system is clearer, more flexible and easier to use.
Here are the main changes:
- We have switched from saving in euros to a points-based system. The value remains the same: 100 points = €2.00 discount. Your current balance was automatically converted, so you did not lose anything.
- Since 1 March 2026, you can redeem your points exclusively via the 123Paracord App. In the app, you see your points balance during checkout and can apply your discount with a single click.
- You continue to earn loyalty points on all orders, whether you order via the website or the app. Points can only be redeemed via the app.
- You also earn loyalty points on orders where a discount code is used. Double the benefit.
Loyalty programme
Automatically earn discounts on every order with our loyalty programme. Participation is free and very easy. Already have an account? Then you are automatically enrolled. No account yet? You can start earning points as soon as you create one.
How does earning points work?
- For every order, provided you are logged in, you automatically earn 2% of the purchase amount in points.
- Once you have at least 250 points, you can redeem them on your next order.
How do I redeem my points?
- Place your order via the 123Paracord Android App or the iOS App.
- At checkout, you see your points balance and can choose whether to use it.
- The value of your points is automatically deducted from the total amount.
Only one form of discount can be used per order. If you redeem points, you cannot also use a discount code.
